Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens with the data you send through the form "Request a demo" on atbild.lv (also reached via zvanis.lv and zvanis.com) and what the site itself collects. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
Who is responsible
The data controller is SIA "Bats", registration number 40003325117, registered address Atlantijas iela 23, Rīga, LV-1015, Latvia. Zvanis is a product of SIA "Bats", developed by Sanda Veisa, a self-employed person registered with the State Revenue Service of Latvia, in cooperation with SIA "Bats". We do not use the form data for advertising, we do not sell or share it with other companies for their own purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the date you sent the request, then it is deleted. If we sign an agreement, the data moves into that relationship and is kept under the agreement's terms.

The website itself
The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. It stores at most one technical value in your browser (the address of the demo workspace, only if you opened the site with a special link), which never leaves your device. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security, for a short period.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a machine-readable form. Write to atbalsts@zvanis.lv; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
Changes
When this policy changes, the version date at the top changes with it. Requests sent earlier stay covered by the version you agreed to.
