Email response times in Latvia
We plan to compare whether a reply arrives and how long it takes to receive the first substantive answer. The company sample, sectors and observation period must be defined before the study starts. The study has not been carried out; there are no results yet.
What would be measured?
Whether a reply arrives, how long it takes, whether there is an automatic acknowledgement and whether the answer addresses the question. Company names are not intended for publication.

Calls outside opening hours
The plan is to check whether hotels and restaurants can be reached in the evening and at weekends. No results have been collected. The method calls for a person to make the call, without making a booking or recording the conversation.
